The PI Behavioral Assessment is a highly effective, but simple, science-based tool that is broken down into four behavioral attributes. These core attributes and their relation to each other create a behavioral pattern that provides a simple framework for understanding the workplace behaviors of candidates and employees. The results allow for greater predictability of workplace behaviors and individuals motivating needs.
